COVID - 19 shuttered many facilities across the globe but now with improved hygiene understanding the world is reopening and in the wave of new beginnings is Ferrari World.
Ferrari World, a thrilling theme park featuring the iconic Italian brand, is one of Abu Dhabi’s major attractions. Park highlights include rides and attractions, shows, dining and shopping. A main feature of course is the world’s fastest rollercoaster, the Formula Rossa, this high - speed ride goes from zero to 240 km in under 5 seconds. All and all there are five zones in Ferrari World for visitors to enjoy including the Welcome Plaza, Family Zone, F1 Zone, Italian Zone and Adventure Zone. Each serves as a fully immersive Ferrari - land ready to amaze and entertain.
Now that the global community has better learned how to deal with the COVID - 19 virus, the park has reopened with a new set of rules. You have to reserve tickets ahead of time, as the park is running at 30% capacity to help with social distancing. At the main gate thermal screening cameras are setup to record body temperatures and throughout the park multiple hand sanitation stations have been set up. In addition, guests are required to wear a mask at all times. Consider bringing two masks if you prefer to wear an N95, as some rides will require the use of a fabric face covering.
This November will be the 10th anniversary of the park, to celebrate the new Family Zone was built. The area features four miniature ver sions of the theme park’s most iconic rides: the Formula Rossa Junior, Speedway Race, Flying Wings and the Turbo Tower. There is truly something for every Ferrari enthusiast to enjoy.
